# 05 – Quotations

Tested in the QA company only · Pages: Quotation List, Create Quotation, Edit, View, Approved Quotation List, RFQ List

## Works fine

- All four pages open. Create Quotation saves ("Quotation created successfully!") and the quote appears in the list.
- View side panel shows the full quote. Quote PDF opens (valid PDF).
- Edit opens with every value filled in and saves ("Quotation Updated successfully!").
- Update Status asks for a status ("This field is required" if empty). Choosing *Approved* moves the quote from the Quotation List to the Approved list, where it gets *Send to Load Board*, *Send Email* and *Create Order*.

## Not tested (and why)

- **Delete** (kept the data on purpose), actually **sending** the email, *Send to Load Board* (Load Board module), *Create Order* (Orders module).
- RFQ requests created by a customer (needs the customer portal), Multi-truck / LTL types, Tax / Warehouse / Additional / Charge / Discount tabs, PDF contents.

## Test data left in the QA company (for the next modules)

- Quotation **#393** (FTL, INR 1,000, Cherrapunji → Cherrapunji) – status **Approved**, ready for *Send to Load Board* and *Create Order*.
- Master data: Mode of Transport "Road", Unit "Pallet", Equipment "Dry Van 53".
