# Live Site Testing – linkloads.co

Tested on: **9 Oct 2026** · Tester: Claude (real Chrome browser, front-end only, **no code changed**)

## Extra findings (outside these two modules – seen on the way)

- **Superadmin → Add Company:** pressing *Create Company* with an empty form only complains about Email and Phone; Company Name, Country and Password are marked required (*) but give no message. *(Medium)*
- **Superadmin → Add Company:** typing in the **Email** or **Phone** box throws a browser script error (live checks on those two fields do not run). *(Low)*
- **Superadmin dashboard:** a script file returns 404 (`assets/bootstrap-selectpicker/bootstrap-select.min.js`). *(Low)*

## Test data created on the live site (please delete when done)

- Company **"QA Test Company (delete me)"** – id 719 – created from Superadmin → Add Company.
  Admin login: `qa.admin.linkloads@example.com` / `QaTest@12345`
  Registration links of this company: `https://linkloads.co/customer_reg?custcod=NzE5` and `https://linkloads.co/carrier_reg?custcod=NzE5`
- Customer **QA Customer One EDITED** (`qa.customer.crm@example.com`, default password 12345678), lead **QA Lead Co EDITED**, master data (Lead Status New/Contacted, Lead Source Website, Customer Type Shipper) – all inside the QA company.
- Carrier **QA Carrier One** (`qa.carrier.crm@example.com` / `QaCarrier@123`) and Carrier Type "Dry Van" – inside the QA company (the second test carrier was deleted).
- Quotation **#393** (Approved) and master data Mode of Transport "Road", Unit "Pallet", Equipment "Dry Van 53" – kept on purpose for the next modules (Load Board, Orders).
- Load #393 is now Published (Bid Limit 1,500) with an approved bid #84 (900, QA Carrier One); Post Shipments #394 and #395 (Pending).
- HRM: role "Qa sales my" (My Data). No staff user could be created on live (see H1).
- Expenses: category QA Fuel, vendor QA Vendor One, currency rate INR 83, expenses EX-26308 / EX-4353 (paid), EX-61531 / EX-62501 (unpaid test rows).
- ORDER-001 now has customer invoice QA-INV-001 (Paid) and carrier invoice CARR-QA-1 (Paid); Bank "QA Bank" added.
- ORDER-001 (Delivered with POD, carrier QA Carrier One, 1,000 / 700) and ORDER-002 (Cancelled) – kept for the Invoices module.
- Password-reset OTP requests were made for that admin (email goes to example.com, nothing real).
- No real company or customer data was changed. I could not complete a registration (captcha); the customer "Josh" in the QA company's list is from your own manual registration test.

## How it was tested / limits

- Real Chrome driven from my side; the live site shows a "One moment, please…" bot check to automated browsers, so the browser identified itself as a normal Chrome.
- **Cannot be done by me:** solving Google reCAPTCHA, reading emails (OTP codes). Those steps are marked *Not tested*.
